A con man accused of scamming women he meets on dating sites around the country has been arrested in North Texas. The charge is connected to yet another relationship he struck up with a woman he met online, Koiner said. Details about the arrest were not immediately available. He was being held in the Tarrant County jail pending transfer to The Colony. He has been known to have many different looks and has posed as a doctor, lawyer and member of the military.
